Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel good in the gear your running in. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Damaged Items

If your item has a manufacturing fault:

Please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order.
Email hello@kova.haus with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the fault

Once reviewed, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and organise a replacement or full refund if the item is unavailable after the item has been returned.

Change of Mind (Size or Style)

If you’ve changed your mind about the size or style:

You can exchange your item for a different size or style of equal value. Please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@kova.haus and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item and size you’d like instead

Return shipping is at your cost, and we’ll send your exchange once the original item has been received and checked.

Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, socks, undergarments, and similar items are also non-returnable.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • International orders (outside of Australia) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
